Black RhinoX resealable vacuum sealer bags are used with our Mini Vacuum Sealer.
Our bags are made from food grade BPA free plastic, and are dishwasher safe. They can be microwaved or heated in boiling water over a campfire for easy meal preparation in the great Australian outdoors.
The Large size (26x30cm) bag is great for family-sized savings on bulk buys and specials. Pack, seal and freeze meats and in-season vegetables ready for when you need them.
Outdoor adventurers - you can pre-pack meals with vacuum sealed portions for any number of hungry travellers and you'll be amazed at how much more will fit in your portable fridge and freezer. Vacuum sealing also means some foods don't have to be frozen to last the distance, adding even more efficiency to your food storage.

If you are not home when they schedule your delivery, the goods will NOT be left unattended. So please check whether they may have attempted to deliver your goods but found no one home.

REDIRECT MY ORDER
My shipping address is wrong.
If your item has not been shipped out, simply email us at ADMIN@BLACKRHINO-X.COM. Please include your order number and the correct address where the parcel needs to be delivered. We will notify you if we were able to amend accordingly.
If your item has been dispatched, you would need to get in touch with the courier handling your delivery and advise them of the tracking or consignment number and correct address.
Can I send to a PO Box
Unfortunately, our courier services requires a fixed address.
Missing Items
I only received part of my order.
An order can also be sent as multiple boxes which may also arrive at different times.

Delivery Times
The below are estimates as many factors can affect and prolong the delivery times. Below are based on Metro areas. Please add a few days for remote regional locations.
VIC: 3-4 working days
NSW: 3-4 working days
QLD: 4-6 working days
SA: 4-6 working days
WA: 6-8 working days
TAS: 6-8 working days
When your item is dispatched, you will be sent an email containing the consignment or tracking number of your order.
This can be used to track the item, via the courier’s website.
Important: As we use couriers to deliver parcels, products WILL NOT be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery. If no one is available, a card will be left, and the parcel redirected to the nearest carrier depot. You will be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery. If you require a re-delivery, please contact our customer service team. If you do not wish to collect the parcel from the carrier depot, your order will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be refunded (less the shipping costs).
We recommend all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours.
Reasons For Order Delays
Entry of an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout.
Incorrect payment information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at time of checkout as your order will only be created upon receipt of payment.
In the event an order is flagged for verification, we may need to get in contact via phone before dispatching some orders. Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
International Delivery
We do not currently offer international shipping. Please note all warranties are void when any of our items leaves Australia.
